Water damage from a ruptured pipe

A broken pipe caused a massive flood in this commercial building.  Due to the location, the pipe could not easily be closed so the water flowed for a long time before it could be stopped.  The result was a cascading waterfall flowing down the stairs and out the door.  SERVPRO was able to respond immediately and begin removing the water, removing damaged material, and limiting the damage.  The full remediation took several weeks but in the end, it was restored, "Like it never even happened."
