Sewage back up and the resulting damage in the basement bathroom was extensive.  Due to the bio-hazard and physical damage, significant demolition was required to remove the contamination. This image shows active mold growth which indicates a serious issue.  The leak is originating in the bathroom above causing a slow release of water.  Most of the moisture is being absorbed by the sheetrock which is giving the mold ideal conditions to grow.
